Hope is one of the most reliable signals of how an organisation is actually doing, and one of the least often measured. This 10-question check-in is designed for leaders and teams. It takes about three minutes, and it gives you a useful read on where your people sit on the hope, meaning, focus, action and growth loop. Be honest. The point is not the score, the point is the conversation it starts.
